Kevin Mirch  while temporarily is not  currently practicing law is a certified public accountant (Nevada). Mr. Mirch is an experienced litigator, who has built his practice over 26 years.

Mr. Mirch has succeeded in obtaining multi million dollar  judgments in favor of his clients against  large entities including  Bank of America,  Columbia/HCA, Park Place Entertainment, and Acres Gaming.

Recently, Mr. Mirch successfully defended Dr. James Forsythe in the United States District Court, District of Nevada case of United States of America vs. James Forsythe, 3:06-CR-147-HDM-VPC. Dr. Forsythe, a well-established oncologist in Reno, was charged with two felonies for prescribing human growth hormone and adjudged not guilty by a federal jury in November, 2007. 

Mr. Mirch has Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University, a Juris Doctorate Degree from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Nevada

Mr. Mirch iis a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Nevada, and his certification is pending in California..

Marie Mirch is  Kevin Mirch's wife and partner with  nine years of experience in state and federal courts in California and Nevada, including civil business litigation, and federal and state appeals.  Mrs. Mirch received her Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University and Masters and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Nevada.  Mrs. Mirch is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.

Erin Hanson   joined the firm in 2010 after earning her  Juris Doctorate degree at Gonzaga University.  Ms. Hanson also has degrees in psychology and business from the the University of San Diego.
