{"id":378,"date":"2020-02-03T12:58:27","date_gmt":"2020-02-03T20:58:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mirchlaw.com\/?p=378"},"modified":"2020-02-03T12:58:27","modified_gmt":"2020-02-03T20:58:27","slug":"vacating-finra-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mirchlaw.com\/?p=378","title":{"rendered":"Vacating FINRA Award"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the Order of the United States District Court which denied Petitioner Bradley Sayre&#8217;s motion to vacate an arbitration award which had been entered when the Arbitrator&#8217;s unreasonably refused to continue and arbitration when Mr. Sayre&#8217;s attorney had a medical emergency, and Mr. Sayre&#8217;s wife was about to give birth.
