He has obtained orders of expungement for false information on a U-5, against many brokerage firms including Bank of America Investment Services, Inc., First Allied Securities, Inc., and Chase Investment Services Corp.
Additionally, he successfully defended Dr. James Forsythe before the United States District Court, District of Nevada in the United States of America vs. James Forsythe, 3:06-CR-147-HDM-VPC case. Dr. Forsythe, a well-established oncologist in Reno, was charged with two felonies for prescribing human growth hormone to patients. He was adjudged not guilty by a federal jury in November, 2007.
